association of ideas

Today I made this illustration as referring to the warning sign "DO NOT CROSS THE YELLOW LINE"" in subway stations and fictional character Anna Karenina who commits suicide by throwing herself in the path of an oncoming train.

a crashed yaris

this toyota yaris was parked around my neighbourhood, I think it's sad but interesting.

mirogoj monumental cemetary

Mirogoj cemetary is very fascinating cemetary park in Crotia. It was created in 1876, and architect Hermann Bolle designed the main building. Though the term "cemetary park"was not so familiar to me before and it looks like so much waste of marble, I need to say that I was very affected by its charm. I am sure there're plenty of awesome pics of it on web but in case... Here are some pics from my trip to Zagreb on 6th of july.

sarajevo book fair

yesterday actually I went to skenderia for buying a pair of sneakers. after shopping, we (me & friendz) had visited sarajevo book fair in a very unplanned way:)

that's sahinpasic (the great) stand, where we could find books in english.

I spent most of my time here

that weird man and his books can show up in anywhere, anytime:D

some little metal works were catchy

I only got this one from sahinpasic, planning to read it... really.

reading - le petit prince

I've just read this very famous book, "the little prince" of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, 2 days ago. I'm aware of that it may sound strange to read such a story book at age of 22, but this one is not only for children at all. It's quite philosophical and says manythings about life, love, belongingness, responsibility, human etc... Anyway if I could have an opportunity to read it first time at my 8 (instaed of twenty thousand leagues under the sea) I would love reading much more in my elementary school years.
